ThoughtWorks is still probably the best company in the world to work for.
I am leaving for personnal reasons. I was ill last year and feel that I need some certainty in my life. Working for consultancy means that you do not have certainty over where you will be working. ThoughtWorks have been brilliant. They have been supportive and understanding.
My advice, if you get the chance, work for them or work with them.
