I suggest the importance of story telling in my article about feedback. This article I found tells us that there are six stories we should be able to tell.

IV. Teaching Stories
V. Values in Action Stories
VI. "I Know what you are Thinking" Stories
Hmmm... this looks very similar to the "six levels" in NLP. I'm sure there's some connection but I'm not sure what it is.
