Who loves a Waterfall? Why do so many people advocate the waterfall even though the originator (Royce) suggests that you should have at least two iterations.
Perhaps it is those purveyors of methodologies that require an army of chimps (Sorry graduates) to turn the handle on the process.
Yep, you know who they are. They love the waterfall because it made them rich (especially on government project that we paid for with our taxes).
