I'm off to XP 2004 tomorrow.
I did a bit of planning in advance of the conference. I have a flight booked, a hotel reservation, a taxi booked to the airport and the train times to get me from Munich to Garmish. My train gets in at 2:30 and I'm on the XP Customer panel at 4:30.
The details though I will let happen to me. I haven't decided what I will say. I will be guided by the Agile Business Coach principles.
How will I determine whether it is a success. Very simple. If I have fun, it will have been a success. Acceptance test driven conference attendance ;-)
