Allan Kelly rightly points out that the learning does stop at the end of the analysis phase. In fact the emphasis shift from the business coaches learning to the development teams learning, when the coach shifts into coach role (They should be coaching all along rather than build up a batch of learning). The development team and business will continue to learn about the problem as they develop the solution. I recommend checking out Allan's article on Software Engineering and Organisational Learning.
