Does anyone else feel really motivated when their work has some meaning. When you can see the value of the work you are doing, you just fly through it.
The opposite is true. If the work you are doing has no value, then your motivation just disappears out the door, down the street, and into the nearest pub.
Seeing as the work I'm doing at the moment is off the muda scale, my motivation just caused a surge at the brewery.
