We can develop a model to value most things. Tom DeMarco has developed a model to demonstrate the cost to companies of lost employees. What would a model for trust look like?
We know that trust has a value. Ask any Arthur Andersen Partner and they will tell you how much trust is worth to them.
When trust is lost we know that we have to work harder to convince the betrayed person on subsequent occasions.
Any ideas?
