Frequent delivery of Business Value

In the beginning, there was Business Value. Then the project was funded and the team forgot why they were bought together. Some said that they wanted to deliver working software. Others wanted to deliver change in a controlled manner and other just wanted to have fun. The business coach came amongst them, told them stories and broke all the sacred models. There was calm and all pulled in the same direction. That direction was the frequest delivery of Business Value.
