"Zero Documentation" means creating knowledge within the minds of the business and development team rather than information in documents. The Agile Business Coach does not aim to create any traditional documentation. Hence "Zero Documentation".
In reality, the Agile Business Coach will coach the creation of various artifacts. For example on my current project we have created a context diagram, a "To Be" set of business processes, interface specs and a set of User Acceptance Tests to be fed into FIT. ( Senior business users have commited to spending significant time to creating the automated user acceptance tests as their requirements. Note that it is the business, and not the ABC who is creating the expected results. The ABC is simply facilitating the process. ).
When presenting any information, we start with a blank sheet of paper / whiteboard and build up the story. We do not present finished artifacts as this tends to discourage negative feedback. (I'll do a Blog on telling a story later.)
